Membership gives immediate access to all content - we do not rotate old content.
All content is entirely original, shot by ourselves.
Images shown on 'sample' and 'update' pages are indicative of our content.
Site is updated twice per week. We have never missed an update.

Joining Art of Constraint

All credit card information is communicated by encrypted web page and processed by our billing service, CC-Bill. Art of Constraint does not see your credit card information. Nothing regarding the name of this site or 'bondage' will appear on your credit card statement.

When you join up you will be provided with your username and password - which will allow immediate access to all the content on Art of Constraint. Access our members content by clicking on the Members link on this site and enter your login details.

Terminating Your Membership

CC-Bill:
Non- Recurring: You will remain a member for 30 days. At this point your membership will end and there will be no futher billing. You do not need to do anything to end your membership.

Recurring: Intial membership for 30 days then re-billed every 30 days. Re-billing will continue until you cancel. Use CC-Bill support site to cancel: CC-Bill Support

Privacy

Art of Constraint opposes spam email.

You will need to share information with our billing service in order to join. Art of Constraint will need to communicate with our billing service in order to administer membership. Art of Constraint will never disclose information regarding members to anyone else - except where required by law.

We do not provide information about members to any other websites or organisations. We never contact members with promotional emails and we will not support anyone else who intends to do this.

Your credit card is charged via our billing service. We will never see your card details. Nothing regarding the name of this site or 'bondage' will appear on your credit card statement.

Terms & Conditions

Art of Constraint offers membership subject to the following terms and conditions.

Due to the nature of online entertainment we can not reimburse payments except in the case of card fraud.

There is no reimbursement for cancellation part way through a month.

You are permitted to download and retain images and/or video for your own personal use. All images and/or video are copyright of Art of Constraint. You may not distribute or display these images and/or video on any website or in any other way without prior, written permission. You may not edit or modify any images and/or video. Breach of these conditions may result in legal proceedings. Art of Constraint holds legally required proof of age documentation for all models - publication or distribution of adult images and/or video without such proof of age may constitute a criminal offence.

You must not allow other people to use your password or other login details. Art of Constraint monitors logins in order to prevent misuse of login details - including 'password sharing' - and we will terminate membership without warning or compensation if such activity is detected.

We reserve the right to terminate membership without compensation in the event of a breach of any of these conditions.

Joining Art of Constraint will indicate acceptance of these conditions on your part.
